I spent over 20 years playing AFL, where my passion for fitness really began. After footy, I threw myself into bodybuilding. Learning discipline, structure, and how to build serious strength. But I also discovered its limits on movement and flexibility.
Now, I’ve shifted towards a more sustainable, well-rounded approach that blends functional strength and conditioning. I love movements that get the body working across different planes, building not only strength but also mobility, endurance, and everyday resilience.
I also specialise in helping dads stay active through the busy demands of parenthood. With quick, effective workouts and sustainable nutrition guidance, I support dads in rebuilding strength, boosting energy, and feeling confident again.
On top of that, I’ve fallen in love with hyrox – a sport that combines running with functional strength stations. I’m all in on training and competing, and I plan to full-send it, pushing myself to new levels and bringing that same energy into my coaching.
