With a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology and over 12 years in the fitness industry, I bring a well-rounded, science-based approach to coaching. My background spans a broad range of areas including sports-specific strength and conditioning at the collegiate level, injury rehabilitation as well as CrossFit, HYROX, running-specific training, and functional fitness.
I work with a wide range of clients, focusing on movement quality and standards in strength training and ergs, while helping people understand the “why” behind their programs. My goal is to deliver training that’s effective, sustainable, and tailored to each individual.
